About Us

We are a non-governmental organisation in Zambia, that deploys monitoring, evaluation and learning services, quality improvement processes, organisational development initiatives, and innovative sustainability approaches, in partnership with donors and NGOs, to strengthen public sector institutions, community-based and grassroots organisations in Zambia. 

Our goal is to increase access to health and social protection services for underserved populations, through the strengthening of program management & service delivery systems.

Feature: USAID Local Evaluation and Evidence Support (LEES) Effort, 2024

Brasys Initiatives Zambia was selected as a beneficiary organization for the Local Evaluation and Evidence Support (LEES) Effort; a four-year Activity funded by USAID’s Bureau for Planning, Learning, and Resource Management and implemented by LINC, in collaboration with The Cloudburst Group, DevLab@Penn, and Kenyan research organization Infotrak. 


LEES represents USAID’s commitment to foster evaluation practices that are geared towards strengthening local capabilities in conducting and leveraging evaluations, thereby reinforcing local ownership.
